SHIPPING CONDITIONS
► Delivery method
For greater convenience and speed in receiving your order, Laboratorios Naturoleo has established a system of delivery to your home or any other address that you indicate, through professional parcel delivery agencies.
During the purchase process, you must indicate the delivery address for your order. You can consult the delivery price tables below.
You can check the status of your order at any time in your customer area.
► Delivery process
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming that your order has been dispatched, after which the delivery period of 24-72 days will commence for domestic deliveries on the Spanish mainland. Your order will be delivered by a courier company, so we need someone to receive the packages at the indicated address. If this is not possible, please provide us with your work address, a relative or friend and remember to let them know.
► Receiving your order
You can receive it at the address of your choice (home, work, etc., but never at a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/BFPO military addresses). The carrier requires a physical address for deliveries, along with a telephone number.
► Preferred delivery address and others
The preferred shipping address is the address that you state in the registration data in your customer area. During the checkout process, you will be asked for your delivery details and you must select a delivery address. By default your preferred delivery address is set, although you can add a new address, different from the previous one. In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries other than Spain, you must follow the rules defined by customs.
An account must be created with all the recipient's fiscal data. The order must be completed with the name of the recipient and in the currency of the country of delivery. We also need your confirmation as well as credit card details and a telephone number.
► Transport insurance
All products have transport insurance included in the price. When you receive the material, you must check the condition of the package you receive, and in case of deficiencies you must make a claim within 24-48 hours (working days) from receipt. If there is no complaint about the shipping incidents, LABORATORIOS NATUROLEO SL will decline all responsibility.
We remind you that any incident detected upon receipt of the goods must be clearly indicated and claimed to the courier or postal employee at the time of delivery. If the package is open or broken, do not accept it or the insurance will not cover the incident.
► Delivery times
Before placing your order you should check the availability of the products. Delivery times depend on the availability of stock. When the product is in stock the order will be shipped immediately and you will receive it within 24-72 hours, in peninsular destinations and between 3 to 6 days in the rest.
If your order or part of it is pending receipt of stock you will receive an e-mail message with the confirmation information when the product is in our hands and is about to be sent, or another to warn you that it is not possible for us to send it to you.
In the latter case, if you have paid for the product, the amount will be refunded to you in the form of a discount voucher.
When an order contains several products with different availability, it may happen that you receive them in different shipments. This will not entail any additional cost if it is a shipment to a destination within Spain.
When it is an order to be received in any of the other international destinations, it will be sent when all the products of this order are available.
You can choose between assuming the costs of duplicate shipment or cancelling the product, which has a longer period of availability, delaying the shipment.
In any case, you will periodically receive e-mails regarding the status or change of status of your order.
► Delivery by post or courier service
Orders with delivery on the peninsula will be delivered by Correos or courier within 2 to 4 hours on the working day following collection, and in some cases within 48 hours.
Orders dispatched on Friday or the eve of a public holiday will be delivered on the following Monday or working day.
The average delivery time for normal deliveries within the peninsula and to the Balearic Islands is 2 to 4 days. For normal shipments outside the peninsula to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the average delivery time is 3 to 7 days, to which must be added the time of customs clearance.
The delivery times are those guaranteed by the postal and courier companies we have contracted and also depend on our suppliers. Despite this, they are still approximate, taking into account that, in addition to being a service offered by third parties, there are aspects such as inclement weather, delays in communications, traffic, major causes, etc. that we cannot control. Nevertheless, from LABORATORIOS NATUROLEO SL we do everything possible to guarantee the availability of all our products to be able to send them to you within the indicated period of time.
In case of any delay, the delay does not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation. We will notify you by email and ship the product as soon as possible. If you have ordered several products, they may arrive separately.
► Shipping costs
A) SPAIN AND PORTUGAL:
Any national shipment within the Peninsula will have the cost of 4,55 euros, being this service free for purchases over 50,00 euros.

*Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not subject to VAT. Once at destination, prior to receipt, the buyer is obliged to assume the formalities and taxes of the sale in those territories, plus the costs of export (EXPORT DUA, IGIC or IPSI).
B) INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
Estimated delivery time is between 5 to 12 days.

Shipping will be free of charge when the amount of the order is equal to or greater than 180 €.

Returns
► Deadline for returning products
The deadline for returning products is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Products may be returned as long as they are in perfect condition and are returned in their original packaging; after 14 days no returns will be accepted.To return a defective or incorrect item: in the event that you have opened the package or product and have detected a manufacturing defect or a preparation error in the shipment (and only in these cases), we can authorise you by email to return it, and you must enclose a copy of the authorisation document in the shipment.
► Return costs
The customer must bear the cost of the return until such time as LABORATORIOS NATUROLEO has carried out the corresponding check. In the event that the return is justified, the return transport costs will be reimbursed by adding the amount to the credit voucher.
When and how will you receive the amount of your return?
Once the material has been received in our warehouse and checked by our staff, the credit will be made, if applicable, being deducted from a future purchase by means of a coupon for the amount of the same.
After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and have the inside labels and original packaging), you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating a "coupon code", which is redeemable on the next purchase you make. The amount of the "coupon discount" coincides with the amount of the return and is single-use, personal and non-transferable.
