Once your order is ready, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of delivery; moments after which the delivery period of 24-48 hours begins for national and peninsular shipments. Your order will be delivered by a courier company; thus, someone must receive the packages at the provided address. Otherwise, provide your work address or that of a family member or friend.
The order can be received at any address (home, work, etc. but it cannot be received at a PO Box or military address APO/FPO/BFPO).
The carrier needs a physical address for the deliveries, along with a telephone number.
The address included in the registration data of the client area is considered the preferred shipping address.
The shipping information is requested and a delivery address must be selected during the purchase process. By default, your preferred shipping address is set, although you can add a new address, which must be different from the previous one.
In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries, the rules defined by customs should be followed.
You must create an account with all the fiscal data of the recipient. The order must be completed with the name of the recipient and the currency of the country of delivery.
We also need your confirmation, as well as the credit card information and a telephone number.
All the products come with a transport insurance, which is included in the price. Once the material is received, the status of the package must be checked. In case of deficiencies, a claim must be made within a maximum period of 24-48 within receiving (working days). If there are no complaints regarding shipping incidents, LABORATORIOS NATUROLEO SL declines any responsibility.
We remind you that any incident detected upon the receipt of the merchandise must be clearly indicated and claimed against the courier or postal employee at the time of delivery.
If the package is open or broken, do not accept it or the insurance will not take care of the incident.
You must ensure the availability of the products before placing your order. The delivery time depends on stock availability. The order is sent once the product is in stock, and the client will receive it within 24-48 hours for mainland destinations and between 3 to 6 days for other places.
If your order is not already in stock, you will receive an email once the product is ready to be sent. Otherwise, an email will be sent to communicate that the order cannot be sent. In this case, the total amount of the product will be returned in the form of a discount voucher.
If an order contains several products with different availability, it may happen that you receive them in different shipments. This will not entail any additional expense within Spain. For other international destinations, all products will be sent at the same time.
You can opt to either assume the cost of the duplicity of the shipment or cancel the order, which may take longer as the products have different availabilities.
In any case, you will periodically receive emails corresponding to the state or change in status of your order.
Peninsular orders will be delivered by courier at some point during the working day following the collection, and in some cases within a maximum period of 48 hours.
Orders shipped on a Friday or on the eve of a holiday will be delivered the following Monday or business day.
The average delivery time for normal shipments within the peninsula, Balearics or Andorra is 2 to 3 days. For normal shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the average delivery time is 4 to 5 days in addition to the time of customs clearance.
Delivery times are those guaranteed by our post and courier companies, and they also depend on our suppliers. These periods are still tentative as there are factors such as inclement weather, delays in communication, traffic, other incidents, etc. that cannot be controlled. In addition to this, this is a service offered by third parties.
In any case, LABORATORIOS NATUROLEO SL does everything possible to guarantee the availability of its products so that they can be sent within the indicated period of time.
Delays do not imply the cancellation of orders or any compensation. Any delay will be notified by email and the product will be sent as soon as possible. When ordering various products, they can arrive separately.
Any national shipment within the Peninsula costs 6.65 euros. This service is free for purchases over 50.00 euros. The shipping cost for other destinations:

Deadline to make returns.
The term for the return of the products is 14 days from the day they are received.
Returning a defective or mistaken product.
Products can be returned as long as they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging; no returns will be accepted after 14 days.
In case of opening the package or the product and detecting any manufacturing or shipments mistakes (and only in this cases), clients are allowed to email the company and return the products. A copy of the authorization must be attached in the shipment.
The customer must assume the cost of the return until LABORATORIOS NATUROLEO has carried out the corresponding verification. In the event that the return is justified, the transportation costs will be refunded by adding the corresponding amount to the voucher.
Once the material has been received in our warehouse and reviewed by our staff, the payment will be made, if applicable, being discounted from your next purchase by means of a voucher. After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and have the internal labels, original packaging...) you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating a "coupon code", which is redeemable for the next purchase. The amount of the "discount of the coupon" coincides with the amount of the return and it can be used just once. This voucher is personal and non-transferable.
